Behind every great community are people who believe in something bigger than themselves — a purpose that unites hearts, builds connections, and inspires change. For Ifeanyi White and Miesha Brown, that purpose is creating spaces where love, culture, and community come together to empower Black families and entrepreneurs. 

Their shared goal is simple but powerful: to lead with intention and build a foundation where Black people can thrive, support one another, and celebrate their achievements. 

Ifeanyi White is the founder of Executive Level Incorporated, which includes Executive Level Cleaning Service and Executive Level Catering Support Services. Known for his leadership and determination, Ifeanyi has built his businesses on excellence, integrity, and a passion for helping others rise. Beyond entrepreneurship, he serves as a motivational speaker and mentor — using his journey to inspire others to unlock their full potential and chase their dreams. 

Miesha Brown is the founder of The Village Auntie LLC, a childcare services company rooted in family, culture, and community care. With years of experience in hospitality, event logistics, and community development, she built The Village Auntie as more than just a service — it’s a movement that provides trusted, nurturing care for families through traditional occasional care as well as travel care, overnight care, amusement park care, and event care services. Miesha’s mission is to make every family feel supported, seen, and part of a larger village. 

Together, Ifeanyi and Miesha are more than business owners — they are community builders, visionaries, and advocates for progress. Through every project, event, and partnership, their focus remains the same: to uplift, unite, and empower their people while laying the groundwork for generations to come.
